TWO STOREY REAR EXTENSION AND NEW DRIVEWAY

 

This building is two cottages joined together.  The clients wanted to create a driveway and a double garage and extend to the rear to create a snug, family area and two new bedrooms and en-suite.  The existing building was painted white to match the new extension.

The existing rear lean to extension was removed and a new rear two storey extension with a dual pitched roof to match the front cottages constructed.  The existing staircase at the rear of the original house was used to access the new rear bedroom.

The original side access was through the kitchen area and a new side access was created to lead into an entrance area.
